The Australian government has confirmed its commitment to making the world a safer place by bombing countries where lots of migrants come from.
After announcing Australian air strikes on Syria, Prime Minister Tony Abbott signalled that he would consider extending the bombing campaign to other parts of the world.
“Australian air strikes in Syria will restore peace and encourage Syrians to return home,” said Mr Abbott.
“Obviously, the world is awash with migrants from other places, like India and China.”
“If co-ordinated air strikes of India or China would encourage migrants from those countries to return home too, Australia would definitely support it.”
The Australian Labor Party said that it would also support the bombing of other countries, as long as there were votes in it.
