Jacqui Trad has officially assumed the role of Queensland Premier after announcing that Annastacia Palaszczuk has fled the state.
“Last election the people of Queensland voted for strong female leadership,” said Ms Trad.
“And that’s what they’ll get now I’m in charge.”
Ms Trad said that Ms Palaszczuk would not be returning from overseas after she was revealed to be an enemy of the state.
“I have documents in my possession confirming Annastacia Palaszczuk is a foreign spy who has joined our enemies abroad to avoid trial,” said Ms Trad.
“In the traitor’s absence, I have reluctantly agreed to assume the role of Premier for the next twenty years.”
